How I can help

Sleep is so important to a child’s growth and development and, as parents, we will resort to some pretty extreme measures to help our little ones achieve it (like driving around in a car all day hoping your little one doesn’t wake up at every traffic light.) It doesn’t have to be this hard! I am here to help you guide your children in obtaining the healthy sleep their bodies need! Plus, when they’re sleeping, YOU might actually be able to catch some zzz’s too. Just imagine how nice that would be!

Being a parent is hard! I am not one of those moms who post “instaworthy” photos only all over social media. I believe in being honest about the joys and challenges of parenthood. There are ups and there are downs and it’s important that we show both sides so that when we are going through the downs we don’t feel so alone.

Every family is unique! I want to get to know your family, your parenting style and your values. We will work together as a team to come up with a plan to achieve your goals. Then, I will be your cheerleader, encouraging you and offering you support as you put our plan into action.

I want families to thrive and one of the best ways to achieve this is by taking care of yourself. There are so many benefits to your child getting healthy sleep but what is often overlooked is how that sleep is going to affect you. You will be able to have some time to yourself. You can take that long bath, read a book, catch up on your favorite TV show and spend some quality time with your partner again. You deserve it!

"We worked with Angie earlier this year to help get our one year old twins fully sleeping through the night. She was instrumental in working out the last few issues that had presented in our sleep training journey. Angie outlined several different approaches for us to choose from and educated us on each method. When our twins had any issues that popped up, she validated our approach and any changes we needed to make based on sickness and then helped us move back into the sleep training program.
